#1 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is The Pickup – Have you watched “Ocean’s 11” …. Have you watched “The Town” ….. Have you watched “The Hurricane Heist..? Then you’re good. You don’t need to do a repeat….
#2 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes – just like the title, the movie is convoluted, poorly acted, and not necessary…. The apes win somehow, I don’t care, lol.
#3 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is War of the Worlds (2025) – If you haven’t gotten enough of Zoom and Teams & chat in general since Covid in 2020, then you might want to watch this movie, otherwise just don’t cuz it’s not very good. Don’t take my word for it, pls… How about those 2 stars that over 2.7k people have given it….
#4 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Wrath of Man – in case you haven’t watched any other Jason Statham movie then maybe watch this…ehhhh. Otherwise, just rinse & repeat because they’re ALL THE SAME….
#5 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Wicked – I give this all the thumbs up in the world that are possible to give a movie. Just in case you don’t understand just HOW much I love this movie… I actually watched it in my home, alone, and at the end of the movie, I clapped. No one was around to appreciate the clap or my tears, but I did it anyway because it was THAT friggin good. Watch the movie, lol!
#6 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Heads of State – Do you like conspiracy movies? Do you like movies about the government? And the fact that maybe it’s fallen and bad people are trying to overthrow it and yada, yada, yawwnnnn, yada, yada? Is this the first time you’ve ever watched this kind of movie? Then watch it. I’m not going to watch it, cuz I’ve seen it like 1,425 times before (and it was better). Not my style of movie…
#7 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Transformers – are you perhaps 11 years old & a boy? If so, Transformers is right up your alley… Actually, I’m probably going to watch this movie (lol), but I don’t understand why it’s number #7 on Amazon’s movie list because that just seems idiotic.
#8 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Killer Elite – Rinse and repeat Amazon #4. Seriously, it’s the same crap, different director. It’s Jason Statham, pissed and irritated at the world in general and I don’t understand why people are attracted to him. I just don’t get it.
#9 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Mario Bros. Movie – yeah, durrrr, WATCH IT. This SHOULD be on the top #10 list 100% for eternity because Jack Black is amazing!
#10 Movie on Amazon’s “Top 10 Movies List” is Uncharted – despite the fact that Mark Wahlberg is in this movie (he is the SAME guy in all his movies, snoooooze), it’s an excellent movie and it’s one of my favorite video games, so you should watch it because it’s highly entertaining. Think Tomb Raider, but with boys….
And that’s it…. We have gone through Amazon’s supposedly Top 10 movies as of Saturday August 16th, with a steel knife. And yeah, I’m not impressed overall…
Maybe I just watch too much crap and I’m officially desensitized to the HYPE….
